pdapice
I am trying to connect to my EA5 on port 60000 so i can get to the OVRC interface and try to do a takeover on some wattbox PDU that i purchased. But, it isn't working. everything else is working fine, and network connectivity is spot on but i just can't access the built in web page I went to the ovrc website and tried it from there as well, and still no luck The Wattboxes i have are fully accessible over IP directly and are also found in composer and I can add them to my project without a hitch. What i cannot do though, is add them to OVRC using the MAC address It's not a network issue, they show connected and can see the internet, etc. my guess is that they are tied to the old owners account and need to be taken over. any one have any ideas or tricks i can try? msgreenf
No. You do it via ovrc. There is a takeover command now

There is a takeover command now so there is a takeover button in the pro tools tab, but when i click it, it warns me that the action will permanently uncouple my EA5 from the account. that is obviously not my intent so i am wondering how to do it for the wattbox
msgreenf
It's what you want to do. The wording is odd. But this will delete all devices that are part of other accounts and allow your ea5 to take them over
