dgbrown
I'm looking for feedback from anyone that may be using this outdoor rated Toshiba IP cam. Can anyone provide some an in field review ? I'm looking at this Toshiba cam, Axis and a handful of analog cams like the Speco Intensifier 2 Series.

dgbrown
Thanks anyway Brent. Yep, was trying to raise 3finger in another post but I don't think he ventures below the fold so to speak (down to drivers much). Figured I'd just post here. dogdvr
Just giving info I am aware of.The Toshiba would have to allow you to call for three different sizes of resolution, and it must be included in the http line.IE(http: blah blah blah 600x480)some cameras can handle one of two of those calls, but the only ones that can handle all three are panasonic and Axis, (plus the one Cody knows about)It is VERY hard to get a working driver to work with other cameras.Good luckBrent
ILoveC4
3FingerBrown said he had a functioning driver for that camera.
dogdvr
I am aware of that claim,Lets hope it works on all three resolutionsBrent

Gene
What other bullet style OUTDOOR cameras work with C4 besides the Axis and Panasonic? (also does axis or panasonic make bullet OUTDOOR cameras...I couldn't find any on their sites).
dgbrown
So I guess 3fingerbrown likely does not have this camera in play yet.

dogdvr
Threefinger, why did it stop working between 1.8 and 2.0?Nothing changed in the proxie? Can you explain?Brent
alanchow
The only thing i can think of is this. If it is a 16:9 camera it will work in the legacy navigator because it converts it to a 4:3 ratio by adding a black bar however in 2.0 it just doesn't work. If it is a 4:3 camera it should work though.
