twarren
I am having issues playing non-drm wma files on my control 4 HC-300. Is anyone else having issues? should i be having issues? All of the information I have found indicates that wma is supported.
thecodeman
Is it playing off of a usb stick or drive?
twarren
Off of powered USB Hard Drive. In composer its not available in the drop down although wmv is. I hate mp3 quality so encoded eveything in WMA and I dont want to have to reencode all 800 cd's in flacc. No, no losey to losey onversion either
yevlem
Hi all,The same problem for me. Is Control4 supporting .WMA or have I to convert my files to MP3? I tried to add WMA as a recognized audio format to the Composer ME and scanned the directories, but Control4 doesn't see those files, while palying MP3 /Internet radio without ant problem. Please advise
Cyknight
Composer will not recognize WMA files - WMV for video only.Best bet is using a batch-capable converter to flac, m4a or mp3.
