bigdaddyo811
I have scanned and added my music in composer he. It shows up fine with all the appropriate tags and cover art. I have made playlists. When I go on my 7" infinity screen or any onscreen navigator, under artists and albums it says NO RESULTS FOUND.When I go to playlists and pick one the music plays fine.Anyone know why this would be happening? The files are all mp3s.Thanksbdo

bigdaddyo811
Dealer out of business. New dealer here is quoting $300 initial plus $99 per hour labor to fix on top of that. This should work in my opinion and I can't afford another 3-500 dollars to fix it.

bigdaddyo811
Im scanning the music from a NAS.The NAS is added fine I believe as if I scan it picks up new media that I add. It just won't show up on the navigators and touch screens -only in the composer software window?
AtticMonkey
where are your touchscreens located ? is it a different room in the system besides the onscreen?

Whoops did I just say that......
AtticMonkey
did you have an original working system before this issue appeared or have you had this never work before?
Matt
Make certain your Nas Drive shows online inside composer, make sure the nas drive is not hidden or digital audio and make certain you have available digital audio in that room. Matt
