neil12011
Ok, I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking about this. What all did you use besides a MTS tabletop?
dgbrown
The MTS adapter plate for for the 7" IE .... two 4oz lead sinkers, and a tad bit of liquid nails to secure them to the inside bottom of the MTS tabletop kit. (for ballast), and the 3 weights included in the kit itself. The extra weight is required to keep the 7" at a usable angle once installed in the tabletop kit.I chose to go with 110v and wifi so the unit is easily movable. POE is an option as well.Dave
CFUG
^Good thinking. My biggest gripe about the current TT is the view angle. It's not right no matter where I put them and I've got three of them on different pieces of furniture. The other minor problem with the existing stands is they slide all over when you touch them. Part fault of the angle and part fault of poorly designed feet.
dgbrown
The mts tt box has rubberized feet so it doesn't slide. It also has two viewing angles of which only one works for the IE. I'll take a measurement of the angle tonight and report back.
