I have looked under settings on the remote and cannot find a setting for type of battery.Only battery level and battery brightness.

Thanks But how do I get to these settings? Click on SR 260 on Left pane and then where do I go for the menu settings? I am new at this and need some hand holding. I am using rechargeable Batteries from Panasonic

4 AA batteries in remote. Is there a place in Composer that needs to enter battery type? Remote works fine. Just the annoying beeps I have replaced batteries from a different fresh batch with same results

I set the remote to beep for 10 secs when battery level drops less than 20%. I put NEW batteries in the remote. The remote still beeps at random times. I have made sure that all the variables have NO commands attached. What am I doing wrong? The remote is a SR 260.

do you mean the tree on the Left?

If a mockoccupancy driver has been installed, where would I find it in Composer HE. Also how is it activated? Or, just the installation of the driver causes it to activate. Can the activation be stopped when not on 'vacation'.

I just had a Control4 Doorbell with Camera installed. I am having trouble responding to a doorbell push. When the Doorbell is pushed I get a ring on my Android phone and a message pops up with a GREEN circular button on the left side. I was told to press this button to communicate with the person at the door. NOTHING happens when I press the Green button. What am I doing wrong? Should I have to go to Intercom feature of the doorbell to communicate? Thanks for the help

Must a NEST Thermostat have to have 5 wires to install and function. My home is only 8 years old so I would have expected wiring for smart Thermostats. Mu Local dealer said that I did not have the correct wiring. Are there any workarounds? Is it the same for Control4 Thermostats?

I have a pair of ceiling cam LED lights controlled by 2 switches. One of the switch is an older Control4 Dimmer. The other is a simple wall switch. What do I have to do to bring it up to par? 1] Do I replace both switches to a Control4 3 way setup 2] Do I just replace the simple wall switch with another Control4 switch or do I need a Keypad for proper control and. function? The switches are in a Hallway and Dimming function is not necessary.

Does Control4 have switches for 4 way programming i.e 3 switches control one light fixture in a room?

So I determine which channels would show on the Ipad and then any other changes will have to be done thru Composer only

I have asked this question before but did not really understand the answer. My apologies. This is my setup: HC800 on 3.2.2. I will be using the 2021 11 inch Ipad as a display navigator in the Family room. I have a comcast/Xfinity as my cable box. Currently I use the handheld SR 250 remote. Is there a way to have a channels button on the main screen that can then point to favorite channels which can be accessed with one button push? Can these channel buttons be later programmed by me using Composer HE. So that I can change channels as needed. Will there be a limit to the Channel Icons ? If this is possible is there a dealer who is willing to do the programming for me remotely for a FEE? My dealer says that this is NOT possible especially with the current Xfinity driver.
