I recently upgraded to EA5 and OS3, I have a USB plugged in to my EA5 with music. I can play my music fine but for some reason I can find the EA5/USB on my network so I can manage my music from other PC's in the house. This was not a problem with HC-800 and OS 2.10. Any thoughts on why EA5 wont show up on network? Is there a way to make is "discoverable"? I have tried from 3 different PC's and a Mac, I have rebooted a few times... thanks for any insight.

I just got updated to OS3 and on my IPads and touch screens I have the normal icons including Comfort and Security. However on my C4 Home Screen displaying on my TV's I am missing the Comfort and Security Icons - anyway to get these back on TV's? My dealer didn't seem to know. Thank you for your insight. I also just want to say thanks for the folks that read these posts and solve problems, it is truly a great resource!

Does Anyone know the default username and password for a C4 DS2 Doorstation, I am trying to access via IP from my browser and I get a pop up window asking me for username and password. I have attached a screenshot of the pop-up window. Thank you!

Thanks to the entire group for the suggestions to the question above, I appreciate your expertise! I have a follow up question: Are there any downsides if I used a Denon AVR-S650H AV Receiver in the room as my switcher? I dont need the AV receiver function but this has the 5 - 4k HDMI inputs and is also HDCP 2.3 compliant and it is also pretty affordable solution at about $400 MSRP. The best solution I have found for a switch is an 8x2 high end switch that runs about $1200. Thanks

Looking for a recommendation, I need a HDMI 4k Switch (5x1 or 6x1) for a Control4 bedroom. My C4 guy recommended Atlona which seems fine EXCEPT they dont support HDCP 2.2 or higher (only 1.4) which is a problem for me. I am looking for a reliable quality type switcher that can be controlled by Control 4 where I wont have problems. I appreciate any recommendations. Thanks
