I recall that within Composer if I looked at the Ethernet gateway it was giving me "red' signals in terms of voltage. But the reality is, to finalize the troubleshoot or dealer came out and added another device to the project.

The one thing I’ve noticed is that my snapshots always give me someone just as they are entering the camera range which is usually just a foot or the start of the body. What setting would be the one, if any, to delay the snapshot slightly beyond the first immediate sense of motion?

So to update this, it appears that we were overloading the bus ethernet gateway with too many keypads. We'll be adding an additional gateway and expect that to resolve the issue.

I have had ipv6 issues elsewhere I think. I don't believe I am experiencing the same authentication issues as others - I am logged in and everything looks like it should be working - but we'll try to disable ipv6 to see if that does anything.

Yes all the other streaming services work fine. It absolutely seems like the volume for this source is set at zero because everything else seems to operate normally.

I don’t know this but can look into it. The weird thing is all other audio sources work fine - which is why I assumed it would not be something physical.

When I switch to the Amazon source it all looks to be working, track loads and progress bar advances as if nothing is amiss. But I get no audio. Dealer has tried deleting and replacing the driver, checked connections, etc. it had been working for me fine up until a few weeks ago.

Is anyone having an issue with Amazon Music’s native C4 app?
Sometime a few weeks ago - not exactly sure when - this stopped working for me. No changes to the system. Dealer has looked into it and spoken with C4 who says others are reporting the same issue but that there is no fix (suggestion is that it’s an Amazon issue, and reference to an “integration break” was made).

Yeah, I am going to have the dealer come on out. They are also thinking it could be a power supply issue.

So it seems like my issue recurs every 24 hrs or so. I took a look at the Bus Ethernet Gateway in Composer and it shows a "red" voltage reading under Network Settings. Could this be the issue?

I just updated and still seems to be part of the app on my end. Have you tried to re sync the settings?

Back on topic, the lag came back after a few hrs. I think I will try power cycling the panels next.

By way of update, I reset the bus Ethernet gateway and the keypads now seem to be working fine. We will see if this persists.

I have not tried to power cycle the lighting panels themselves. I can try this. Thanks!

Hi all,
wondering if someone can assist with this issue.
I have a panelized lighting system and things have been working smoothly for 2+ years. In the past few days I’ve noticed several keypads in the same vicinity (master bed and ensuite) severely lagging - 30-60 seconds to respond. Lights all work fine on motions, via the app, via touchscreens, etc.
I have rebooted the controller and keypads to no avail. They are identified and work, just on a severe lag.
Any ideas?

It just started happening and worked fine prior. Sources are Cable box and Apple TV, all IR controlled. Controller reboot did not help.

It appears to be on all sources. It's not a hardware issue though because I experience the same thing if I map "Recall" to a custom button or if I try to use "Prev" on the app. The non-C4 remotes that came with the devices work fine. Also all other buttons work flawlessly/quickly as they should.

I have to agree that it’s really disconcerting for such a key function to be down for several days and to not have anyone from C4 even acknowledge it.
