  1. When I switch to the Amazon source it all looks to be working, track loads and progress bar advances as if nothing is amiss. But I get no audio. Dealer has tried deleting and replacing the driver, checked connections, etc. it had been working for me fine up until a few weeks ago. 

  2. Is anyone having an issue with Amazon Music’s native C4 app?

    Sometime a few weeks ago - not exactly sure when - this stopped working for me. No changes to the system. Dealer has looked into it and spoken with C4 who says others are reporting the same issue but that there is no fix (suggestion is that it’s an Amazon issue, and reference to an “integration break” was made). 

  3. Hi all,

    wondering if someone can assist with this issue. 

    I have a panelized lighting system and things have been working smoothly for 2+ years. In the past few days I’ve noticed several keypads in the same vicinity (master bed and ensuite) severely lagging - 30-60 seconds to respond. Lights all work fine on motions, via the app, via touchscreens, etc. 

    I have rebooted the controller and keypads to no avail. They are identified and work, just on a severe lag. 

    Any ideas?

    It appears to be on all sources.  It's not a hardware issue though because I experience the same thing if I map "Recall" to a custom button or if I try to use "Prev" on the app.  The non-C4 remotes that came with the devices work fine.  Also all other buttons work flawlessly/quickly as they should.
