  1. Which model? I'd take all six if the newer ones.
  2. Thanks! I saw that, but it said switch so i wasn't sure if that meant something simlar to the actual swich and not the outlet. Hopefully these guys can figure it out! Really appreciate it!
  3. Hey Guys, I just had a company come over to the house to do a system takeover (long story). Well, I decided to also add additional things in the house. One of those items were a 6 button programable switch and four of the outlets you plug into an outlet (control lamps or whatever you plug into them). They had no issue with getting them to turn on and stay on. However, apparently they are dimmable outlets. The problem is i have LED upper/lower cabinet lights that plug into those outlets so when they get turned "off" apparently there is still a small voltage that go through the outlets so the flicker. Has anyone run into this issue and if so, what is the fix? For now we just unplugged them because the technician wasn't sure if there were ones that didn't have the dimmable feather (that would solve the issue).

  5. We changed from AT&T over to Suddenlink and I'm getting everything else to work, but when I go to play music the songs will play through Pandora on the app, but I'm not getting any audio. The only thing I noticed that seems different behind the two different audio amps is a blinking orange light on the right side. I have a C4 - 8 Amp 1 - B and a C4 - 16 amp 3 - B. Our separate network is working just fine. Have been trying to get in touch with our installer with no luck and have people coming over tomorrow.
  6. I'm having the exact same issue. We just switched from suddenlink to att uverse. I can control my lighting, but cannot control pandora - it says it cant connect. I wouldn't even consider myself a beginner in the control4 side of things... what did y'all do to get it to work? If i try to log into pandora through the app it brings up the "cant connect" screen so quickly i can't go add anything.
  7. Need a hand! We moved from suddenlink to uverse on Friday. I have an araknis network (not a fan, but that's for another day) and we bypassed the araknis router and went straight to the swtich. All of my AP's are working in the house and my internet is great. When i lot into my control4 app i am able to control my lighting, but when i click on "listen" and go to music my pandora won't work. I get the attached screen. Does anyone have any clue how we can get this up and running? We have people coming over today and i don't want to bother our control4 dealer on a sunday.
