I wouldn't have an issue getting more rokus from the beginning I guess I expected the installer to tell me that up front, instead of me going on a wild goose chase trying to figure out if something was wrong with my system.

Oh bummer I was hoping it was an easier fix and not more money being spent on more rokus. Thank you

Hi, we've had control 4 for a couple of months now. We have a roku connected to watch TV. We keep having this issue if we're watching a show upstairs, when the TV downstairs is turned on its turned on the same show as upstairs when we go to change it downstairs it changes the one upstairs as well. I've even gone onto my phone and made sure it's the downstairs TV that I'm controlling somehow its still changing whatever the TV upstairs was showing. Can anyone help with this issue getting super frustrated here. Thanks

I disconnected roku and connected it again and that solved it. Thank you so much

Hi there, We're new to C4 and I'm having an issue with one TV only it just started yesterday. I will select watch then Roku and the TV screen goes black but the remote functions still work so I can select a random show and I can hear audio but no picture. We have 4tvs this is only in one TV and not the other ones. Anyone have any suggestions?? Thank you
