Add Lock to 3-Inch Thick Front Door?

We currently have a THICK from door that measure 3 inches.  I was hoping to add a smart deadbolt to it that will trigger off the C4 door station, but all the lock companies (Baldwin, Kiwkset, Emtek, etc) are saying they only support up to about 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 door thickness.  Even Baldwin's "thick door kit" cuts off at like 2.5 inches.  I obviously don't want to change my front door, has anyone had a problem like this before?

Thanks, I am looking into August now.  Has anyone integrated a Level bolt lock into C4 yet?  The Level looks even more slick because it literally installs inside your existing lock and doesn't change the appearance of anything at all, but I don't see anything about C4 support on their website. https://level.co/products/bolt

Level won't work.

August integrates w a free driver.

Man, that's a shame that Level would make such a great looking product and then have it be BT only.  Surely they know people looking to keep original lock hardware might be using home automation systems?  Maybe they will upgrade it down the line....
