Gary Leeds UK Posted June 24, 2022 Share Posted June 24, 2022 Software 3.3 Controller HC800 Just Started to Notice after someone press`s the call button on DS2 (Mini) - can straight away can be about 1 hour - All our T3 Touchscreen stop responding and also can not connect via iPad and iPhone - however the remote still works Sometimes sort it self out - Most Times we have reboot the Controller. is this a Bug ? South Africa C4 user Posted June 24, 2022 Share Posted June 24, 2022 Not sure if it is a bug but definitely not normal behaviour! Perhaps @Darin, C4 PM UI can report it? My T3s and T4s have been rebooting when I change the favourite rooms but apart from that, I have not seen any other specific OS3.3 bugs. I do have a DS2 mini and it seems to work fine.
