Bibliscan
Hi guysI have a ge concord 4 panel tied to my c4 system. I have the ge wireless micro door sensors on all windows and doors. I also have the card access sensor bridge. Is there anyway in composer to program to notify if a sensor is open?
ILoveC4
Yes. Assuming you have the sensor bridge and wireless contact sensor drivers added and setup properly in Composer, you need to have a generic door driver bound to the contact driver. Then, you can do programming around the status of the door. I do this extensively.
Bibliscan
Thanks! Figured it out however how would I program it so that if any of the sensors were in an open state at a certain time to run an announcement?
ILoveC4
Use a variable. It gets more involved to do it that way.
CFUG
^^Here's an example using a sensor, driving a variable, working through a scheduler entry and firing-off announcements.

me23
Do you have to use the security bridge if you have the GE automation module?
CFUG
^^The variable is heavily buffered upstream of what you see.
