Rocketman34
My hc 250 wifi is flashing yellow and not working. Tried unplugging and resetting but still flashing yellow. What do I do? Thanks!!!!
RyanE
Hopefully you have a backup of your project. The first thing to try would be to do a Factory Reset. If that doesn't restore it to a working state (able to restore the project), it's likely time to RMA the unit. Any dealer can help you with both of those things. Sorry you're having an issue with it. Rocketman34
I am done with control 4. Can't tell u how many problems I have had over past few years. Just replaced a blown out hc300 with a 250 18 months ago and now it's blown? Ridiculous...,
RyanE
If you bought it from a dealer, it's still under warranty. RyanE
CFUG
I think the point is failure should never be an option. Welcome to life. Only failures I've had within the Control4 realm have been with Card Access. Excuse me while I go slit my wrists...
