raza
thank you sir, but I want to know the whole registration and licensing method for a new installation in a simple, step wise method. I have tried many time through consulting the helping literature and online help, but I could not get a lot from it. I am sure that with your kind help it would be much easier for me to do.thanking regards,RAZA
Cyknight
Oh my.Why not. Create an account on customer.control4.comOnce created you got to my controller section, press register controller - you get a code. You enter that code as per instructions on that page. Registeration done. Assuming it's a new install with a new HC250, you use the accounts username and password - or create additional users with a user name and password - to enter into the respective apps.Make sure you are on the same network as the controller. App functionality done. Max 50 devices, you have the ability to de-register devices from within the online account page.If you want remote access you'll need a 4Sight license assigned to the account. If you can't follow that...
