digitalcore Posted March 13, 2015 Share Posted March 13, 2015 For those who have done the upgrade, how long does a typical 2.5.2 to 2.6 upgrade take? e.g. On an HC-800 with >40 devices/switches etc. Project back up file is about 20mb. thanks! Cyknight Posted March 14, 2015 Share Posted March 14, 2015 Director probably less than 20 minutes (providing your Internet is decent).Another hour max for other controllers and touchscreens - exact time is hard to say though ad it depends on how many/how many different types. As mentioned other devices go automatically with no need to do anything. Commonly held is about 5 minutes per device though it's generally faster.Frankly, if at all possible I update before even being on-site, or if am update for the sake of update plan the update timr, do it remote but be available just in case.
