PaulieNJ Posted March 29, 2015 Share Posted March 29, 2015 Hi, I was having an issue with my C4 Fireplace switch. I reset the switch and it now has 2 solid green lights. I cannot get it to rejoin back. I have tried the 13-4-13 sequence and then tapping top button 4 times to join. I get flashing orange and red and then goes back to green solid, still not joining so I cannot use it on my C4. Any suggestions? I have tried contacting my dealer and I guess this job is too small and I can't imagine it's hard to get this back onto the C4 network. Any ideas? Thanks! I imagine it can't be that hard, I just don't have the Pro version to do it myself. I saw the ID button on the back but still can't get it to re-join. So frustrating... The system makes you dependent on someone for every small thing - and they will insist that it is too complicated for you to do it.He needs to open connections menu and ID it.
