blackfiveo1 Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 My installer got my lock on the network and we cannot get it to actually lock or unlock from Control4, I assume this ability exists?! So far we have done the following:4 brand new batteriesManually entered the code to confirm the lock is working, master code works fine to lock/unlock doorControl4 reconizes the state of the lock Either Locked/Unlocked when I manually turn the deadboltMade sure privacy mode was disabled Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
