msgreenf
Yes. There is a setting that I am not remembering the name of that needs to be toggled in the camera drivers. Do you have remote access for your cameras outside C4? Is the driver setup just with internal IPs? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

Cyknight
Let's start at the basics: HOW are you trying to see them remotely - 4Sight or VPN.
Gix656
4sight for me
Cyknight
Well that covers it for you at least - next is does the camera (and is it set up to) support h264 AND MJPEG
Gix656
Just H264. This cam doesn't support mjpeg. Locally thumbnail doesn't work but when choosing the cam it shows up.

Gix656
Didn't mean to hijack your thread, but it sounds like we may be having the same issue. I'm not sure what stream Control4 grabs the camera from while viewing remotely but it almost seems like it's the mjpeg instead of the H264. Cyknight
H264 is more data efficient, and should be what mobile devices grab.
