The radio chip AFAIK is identical, but that little antennae on the back can make a surprising difference - double that difference with the longer extra antennae available from C4. Matt Lowe Posted July 8, 2016 Share Posted July 8, 2016 the ea series also have a much stronger zigbee radio, thanks to their quiet electronics design. keep in mind sometimes the best radio is also not the best one to use. location is just as important, as are obstacles, and other wireless gear.
