It is a secondary door so I am not worried about security or even what happens if Control4 doesn't open the door (there is another way round) Thanks! AdamT Posted July 14, 2016 Share Posted July 14, 2016 Ive used plenty of them. As ET said just need a relay and run a leg of the power through. If it doesnt open. You need a secondary release. Keyswitch, codepad, something. Its code in most places to have a "single mode of egress" if its on a door used for entry/exit of a room or building.
