AshMania
Hi there I am upgrading a 7" touch screen (C4-TW7CO) to a 10" touch screen (C4-WALL10), and I am confused as to how to mount it. I had heard that the new v3 touch screens were backward compatible to the previous touch screens. In any case, here are some photos of my wall mount, the back of the old touch screen (C4-TW7CO) and the new touch screen (C4-WALL10). Do I need a new wall mount that is compatible? What is the model number? Can someone please advise? Thanks
knowitall
There is an intermediate piece inside the back box in the wall that actually holds the touch screen and provides power via cat5 or electrical. Two screws will release it then put the one that came with 10" in its place
Cyknight
not ALL screens - but most. But yeay, it'll be the 'midbox' you need to take out and replace with the T3 version that comes with the T3 screen in the carton.
AshMania
Thanks guys - the "midbox" or power box was missing and that was causing my confusion.
