InSolCom21
I am having an issue of the Guest bedroom TV turning on when I turn on my Master bedroom TV. The audio in the guest bedroom (from the audio matrix to the speakers) is not turning on, just the TV itself. I have a C4 6x6 HDMI matrix, EA-5, and IO extender. The IR to the TV's comes from the IO extender. Any ideas??
nawty
What brand TV's do you have in both rooms.... Are they the same? Do you have HDMI CEC, or Active sync, or some sort of HDMI control turned on with the TV's and or sources... Please elaborate more on your details.. Thx
d1amund
Also if you are controlling the TVs via IP and the IP address or peer key is the same you will have that issue. Of course if it could be a connection issue in composer itself as well.

Particularly - are you using ARC or either TV's stereo or optical out to feed back to the rack?
InSolCom21
They are both Samsung TV's. The guest bedroom TV is about 4 years old and the Master TV is a brand new 8000 series. Ill check on the HDMI control options on the TV's. Thanks
VINCELdUB
Have they worked separate in the past and this is a new issue? Could simply be that the ir port is spliced into two ir buds.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Brownbatsbreath
Yah, definitely check and see if audio is being fed back from either of the tvs to the rack.
