AmitG
Hello All,I am new to this forum and in case I am posting to a wrong group then please point me in the right direction. I have a HC 300 controller to which 2 TVs are attached. I would like to know at what time the TV was switched off. Is there a log in C4 which can be checked to get the details.Thank you. Kevin L
logging is disabled by default because it would use a large amount of storage just to store the logs for every command issues on the systemit would be best to have an email alert sent when the tv turns off if you want to track the tvs usage
AmitG
Thanks for the response. How can I configure for an email to be sent when the TV is switched off?

Matt
This would require a dealer or you to have home edition in-order to do this:When tv powers turn’s off > send email alert. This then will give you the date and time stamp of when this event occurred. Requires you or the dealer to set up an Email Notification agent.
