rf9000
Hello all - Can the C4 0-10V Dimmers be used on regular 120V lights? I see they list a max load of 120V, so just curious

twmoonly
It can be used depending on the light fixture. These are intended for dim-able drivers that operate off of a 0-10 Volt input. what light fixture/bulb are your trying to dim?
rf9000
Can they be used to control a set of like six can lights, or like a single bedroom light, etc.? Do they have wattage limits? Can they be used just like a C4-APD120-WH?
Cyknight
If you're unaware of what 0-10v lighting is - then the simple answer would be to not use the dimmers/modules as they are not for you. 0-10v dimmers are for a very specific type of lighting. You CANNOT use them to control low voltage lighting directly, nor can you use them to control 'standard' 120v fixtures. the 0-10v relates to the SIGNAL it sends to the light fixture(s) or power supplies to determine at what % it would operate at. The device does NOT control the light fixture's power (be it low or high voltage) DIRECTLY. They are generally used primarily in commercial and industrial applications. No. For your can lights and bedroom light you will use an APD-120, KD-120 or FPD-120(Incandescent bulb only)
