panamagixxer
What is a fair price for the old 80gb controller I have sitting in my basement - I upgraded to the 500 months ago?
ILoveC4
I did the same thing. They seem to be bringing $300 to $400 on eBay. For that price I will just keep mine I think.
henniae
Why get rid of it? There are uses for it. You have 4 serial ports and 4 contacts and relays so why not use them?
ILoveC4
That's what I'm saying. For $300 you can't beat it. I have that and two HC300's. One runs director, one navigator, and one zserver. Works great!
neil12011
Seriously, I wish I had the MC instead of my old HTC. They have a great I/O and a hard drive. I would def' hang on to it, they make great zservers as well, which is what I use my HTC for. Besides, you can always use it for an extra gui. Sadly, it is sitting in my basement. When I finish the basement, I will add more stuff and a 1000 to speed things up more. Sadly, I am electronic junkie - I have all kinds of stuff sitting down there gaining dust.
RyanE
The 300's are not "1st generation". They use the same processor as the HC500.HTCs and MCs are 1st generation.RyanE
