Cyknight Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Possibly, somehow, the device got deselected as enabled under customer.control4.com Also, depending on (the age) of your system, you could have the old (nay ancient) ipad/ipod licenses instead of general licenses or (included) site licenses.
