JoeT Posted July 4, 2018 Author Posted July 4, 2018 I have 6 iOS devices that all work fine and I deleted a couple of devices to see if that would make a difference-still no luck.
Cyknight Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 Possibly, somehow, the device got deselected as enabled under customer.control4.com Also, depending on (the age) of your system, you could have the old (nay ancient) ipad/ipod licenses instead of general licenses or (included) site licenses.
JoeT Posted July 5, 2018 Author Posted July 5, 2018 My system is 18 months old and I am running 2.10.2.549842-res - The amazon fire HD is brand new - gen 10. I had an older gen 5 device and that one won't connect either.
