Amazon Fire HD C4 App

I am not able to sign into the c4 app on a gen 10 or gen 5 c4 app. Error message says device is not authorized. Any suggestions...

I have 6 iOS devices that all work fine and I deleted a couple of devices to see if that would make a difference-still no luck.

Possibly, somehow, the device got deselected as enabled under customer.control4.com

Also, depending on (the age) of your system, you could have the old (nay ancient) ipad/ipod licenses instead of general licenses or (included) site licenses.

My system is 18 months old and I am running 2.10.2.549842-res - The amazon fire HD is brand new - gen 10. I had an older gen 5 device and that one won't connect either.
