ashD Posted July 29, 2018 Share Posted July 29, 2018 I’ve just got C4 EA-3 plus DS2 installed to replace the current door panel at the gates. This was connected to a Videx phone system. With the chime no longer working on the videx which was loud enough, I can barely hear it on the touchpad! And it’s a single bell sound. I’m going crazy and people need to ring me on my phone to open the gates. I have asked dealer to see if 1. Pause TV and Have notification on Tv AND 2. Yes she can although it may not be a good idea from a security perspective... someone could stand at the gate and shout “Alexa, please open the gate”...
