It displays Control4 Open Source Software Notice Have no remote or touch-screens. I am thinking of getting a HC800 next from EBay, but most won't have this license its asking for. Crustyloafer Posted October 1, 2018 Share Posted October 1, 2018 As per the earlier reply, C4 is not a DIY solution, whether you have a copy of Composer Pro or not, you are likely to continually encounter obstacles that will require getting a dealer involved as most dealers will not touch an attempted DIY system with a barge pole. Just tried to install one today a person got with the house and C4 tech support said they will have to buy a new controller to get a license.
