Can anyone please help, we have the app and all seems to be working fine, besides on my wife's phone, when someone rings on our DS2 her phone will ring even when her phone is on silent. 
The app seems to be working fine on my phone (which is not an apple phone) just her's, I have even re-installed the app and still the same issue, I cant see anything in settings to resolve this, has anyone come across this issue?

Try going into setting - Gateway Status - Reset Gateway
