Remote Programming Videostorm Storm implementation

Looking for some remote programming from someone who has Video Storm experience. I have the matrix configured with the appropriate Source and Synch, and is functioning correctly when switched via the Matrix. However, I need someone who has experience with the C4 portion, this way it works correctly when I hit watch on my Sr-260
