Nehsmit Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Hi all, Please help. My master bedroom C4 switch is not working. I changed one bulb and replaced with identical bulb. The C4 dimmer was flashing red on top. Pulled out air gap on bottom. No luck. Shut off circuit breaker and then light switch blue again BUT lights won't turn on and none of the functionality of the switch (double and triple tap) are working. Any thoughts are appreciated. TIA. dcovach Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Open device advanced properties of that dimmer in composer and you can look at what the fault was. You can also reset the fault there. You can also try to reset by triggering the light by turning it on from another scene, programming or double clicking it and turning it on in composer.
