Isolated button stopped working today

Recommended Posts

The “previous” button has become minimally responsive. I have to hit it 6-10 times to get it to work. Every other button works perfectly. I know its not a remote issue because the same thing happens when I hit the “recall” button on my iphone control 4 app. Has anyone else had this issue isolated to only one command button? Has worked perfectly for the last year until tonite!

It’s always a hardware issue, not sure if your can disassemble it and clean it, it might work again, I personally never opened up a C4 Remote, so u might get another remote from eBay and RMA this.

I am having this same issue. It's not an SR260 issue because same thing happens via the app. Any ideas?

Does this happen with all sources, or just one?

It appears to be on all sources.  It's not a hardware issue though because I experience the same thing if I map "Recall" to a custom button or if I try to use "Prev" on the app.  The non-C4 remotes that came with the devices work fine.  Also all other buttons work flawlessly/quickly as they should.
