Huck Posted July 24, 2019 Share Posted July 24, 2019 I have a C4 EA-5. Worked great for almost 3 years. I use it to control my alarm keypad, and the alarm controls are integrated into my C4 programming. Recently, the C4 system has stopped controlling my alarm keypad. I hoped this would fix itself with time, as sometimes that does happen. But, it's not been a couple of weeks, and the alarm keypad is still not working with C4. lippavisual Posted July 24, 2019 Share Posted July 24, 2019 If controlled by RS232, double check the connection of the RS232 connector on both ends: at the panel and at the controller. If it's IP controlled, make sure the IP address of the alarm panel hasn't changed. If it has, it would explain why it's not connecting now. Do you have Composer HE??
