Kwikset deadbolt

Recommended Posts

Every so often my kwikset deadbolt commands do not work in 4 sight or app.  So unlock or lock will not work.  And when I unlock it it will still show locked in app.  I have changed batteries.  Any suggestions.  It randomly happens.

Welcome to the club. I gave up years ago.  I heard firmware, use lithium batteries etc. people said it was my zigbee.  Never could figure it out.

Are you using the new drivers? Mine are rock solid no issues at all!

Updated driver we will see how this goes :)

Great, mine says version 30, also I use IKEA chargeable batteries, 2500, works for 8 months and am moderate user.  I also have a strong and stable zigbee network with 44 devices only.
