Nehsmit
Hi All, We had a power outage the other day and since then my T3 TS is frozen on the same screensaver picture. It responds to my touch commands and still controls things but when the screensaver activates after 15seconds, it just goes back to the same picture. Its no longer a slideshow. I cant figure out how to fix this. Any help is appreciated. TIA.
mujtaba.khokhar
Try disabling the screensaver and then reenable it You can do this on the agents section on composer he Thanks M Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk msgreenf
South Africa C4 user
A couple of possibilities: 1. Reboot Director - leave it off for 30 seconds. 2. reboot whatever device the pictures are saved on (if they are saved on a a USB plugged into the director then you will have done this under step 1). 3. Delete the screen saver agent and add it back. I have had a few problems with screensavers on certain OS releases including OS3.1.3. I have always found that one of the above steps fixes the problem. So I tend to do the, in the above order and check between each step to see if it is fixed.

If it works, it is an even easier fix. mujtaba.khokhar
