10 inch touchscreen

I got a new 10 inch touch screen from c4 the other day and I added it to composer pro, installed it and all I am getting is a blue screen with an intercom icon on top. The blue screen looks like water.  I have refreshed navigator in composer pro, I am running the latest version of composer and navigator.  It shows it is connected in composer and has its own network ip address.  I have rebooted and tried just about everything. What am I doing wrong?  all the other 7 inch screens work fine.  I am at a lose  Help...

Is it on the correct os version?

Yeah sounds like the screen is on 2.10.x and your system is on os3

How do I update the os version on the touch screen?  all of the 7" ones came with the correct os version.  The 10" says 2.10.xxx

The same as how you update anything else. If you know how to bind things in composer pro you should know to ensure versions match after adding equipment

ok so I am new to c4 and just did the 4 day class a month ago. A little help please. I updated composer and also refreshed navigator and still no luck. When I added the 10" i added it to the family room by using the discovery tap.  still a little lost  any help would be very grateful  Like I said I am still learning   we have all been there.

Ok did that. I was making sure that i did the right thing and that still did not work. I appreciate all the help. I might have to call c4  Ugh

I take that back, I had to do it twice but the second time it worked. Thank you every one that helped  I really do appreciate it. Being new to C4 and coming from  URC background, somethings are a little bit different.  Thank you again!!!
