dinom
I have a Neeo that is only used in our dedicated theater, so only gets used once or twice a week. Tonight, for the first time ever, the touchscreen no longer senses finger touches. The screen itself lights up and displays properly, it just won’t register any touches. The hard buttons work fine as usual. Tried hard reset and also resetting to factory settings. But now it’s stuck on the welcome screen and I can’t get any further since one needs to press buttons on the screen to advance through the setup process. Also reset my EA-3 with no luck. Any other ideas? Or is this going to need an RMA? My original remote dealer that I bought this from (Neil from these forums) is no longer in the C4 business, so I’m hoping my new dealer can help me out with this. I will ask if I can’t get this working on my own. Thanks.
RyanE
If after a factory reset you still don't have touch on the screen, I'm guessing RMA is your best bet. Sorry. RyanE
dinom
Yes, tried factory reset multiple times, still no luck. I’m going to reach out to my dealer now for RMA. Thanks

Came back up the next night and the touchscreen was working but by the end of the movie, it had stopped again. Have you figured out what is going on with yours? I have also tried the reset. thanks
dinom
I had to send it back under warranty. The new one I got is working fine now.
