Agoodpaddlin
Hey folks. How goes it?Just thought I'd show you some progress I've been making on a DIN rail mount for C4 pucks. The covers are interchangeable for each different puck. The coloured logo etc is just metallic sharpie. It also locks the puck in place. Let me know your thoughts. Agoodpaddlin
Omg yes! Thanks mate. I have some faceplates in the works. I think I'd need to go resin for buttons but cool idea! If only I knew how to design these things would be 3D printing like hellSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Agoodpaddlin
Yep. Heaps of free templates for rack mounts available too. Start with tinkercad and drop some boxes in. You'll pick it up in no time! Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

msgreenf
Will you share your file for the Bond Bridge mount?
Agoodpaddlin
It's a straight wall mount version. Is that what you'd like? Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Pounce
I'd be curious if mounting these on the wall would degrade the performance of the antenna. These have PCB/chip antenna on the board (multiple). Turning them 90 would change their behavior. Same might impact the IR on the consumer hub, but I'd imagine if you are using IR you could rotate the hub until it behaved the way you wanted. Agoodpaddlin
Fair thought too. No changes to any performance from what we've seen. The ir is more like a room flood than directional. As long as your device can even see the IR reflection It still works. I'm sure there are exceptions. Obviously be logical with your placement and you'll be fine. Amr
I just mount my Bonds with 3M Scotch Heavy-Duty Fasteners Behind furniture, works great, I don’t use IR function thought. Buck dimmers and switches inside the wall behind each toggle switch!
