LG Smart Remote to C4

Hello—I’m new to the forum and have a simple C4 system for my elderly parents. It is a great item, but trying to figure out the Single remote.  We have a LG Oled tv but can’t seem to figure out to “map” some of the LG remotes to the C4.  Basic TV functions do work.
 

For example there is a dedicated Netflix button, Prime Video and Apps that are on the LG remote.  Is there a way to incorporate the LG with C4?

If you are using the Control4 driver for ip control of LG then you need to have a dealer add the services mini drivers.

I figured it was a driver issue, but wasn’t sure about driver specifics.  Is it an expensive 3rd party driver?    We have tried a work around but still not effective.

I used third party driver for moen Flo device and it works flawlessly.

There are both third party and native Solutions but both depend on the version of webos the tv is running. The native driver is free. The 3rd party driver is fairly priced.

Apps are available in the native driver - the home button I believe is guide or info, you shouldn't need the input button at all, you'd just add whatever sources you want (including a no-control HDMI input for connecting a tablet or game system temporarily)
