Rog78 Posted September 15, 2021 Share Posted September 15, 2021 Hi, I was wondering if any one can help I’ve got a project that I’m trying to integrate some hik IP cameras via a DS-7604NI-K1/4P Nvr to be viewed on navigators but I’m struggling Ive followed the instructions on the control4 knowledge base using the hik static ip camera driver using the nvr IP address, http as virtual port, authentication username and password is the actual cameras but I keep getting the below when testing the snapshot/mpeg Address:port verification failed: Timeout Test Failed ive manually identified the nvr on to control4 via the ip, I’ve noticed at first it says online but doesn’t populate the port and after I seem to do a snapshot test it goes offline and I have to reinput the ip. it’s all running via a bt router Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
