Andrea D
I am away from my home and my Control 4 Chime doorbell is going off every second. I asked a neighbor to go over and there is nothing there but it literally won't stop going off 45 times per minute. I have a call into my installer and I have sent emails to Control 4 and called as well but it's the weekend and they are not working. I have found forums that indicate I need to reboot the system by unplugging but I am not there. Is there any way to remotely reboot? Please advise, these notifications are out of control!! Thanks, Andrea
Neo1738
can you log in to your router remotely and knock it off line?

BXTR
It’s very likely been pressed but the button is stuck in the depressed position
Andrea D
Thanks I had the neighbor check that and our phones actually ring when someone rings the doorbell and that never happened, but I do agree that makes total sense. thanks
