Klevis Pjetri Posted March 23, 2023 Share Posted March 23, 2023 Hello, I work with Control4 and i am having lots of problems with Q Motion Wired Shades. They keep going offline with no reason. The seem to work normally, then suddenly they stop. I have a RS485 to RS232 Converter that QMotion suggested us to use for Control4 Integration, and when we reboot the converter, shades seem to become alive. I dont know if anyone of you has had the same problem as me.Do you think that replacing the device would solve the problem? What other solutions do you suggest for this problem? Well - I don't see a power cord plugged into it- you are using one right? Trying to power those serialcomm units with port power from C4 isn't going to work....
