New DirecTV Stream IR Driver

This is an IR driver, designed to control the C71KW Android Boxes for DirecTV Stream.

This DirecTV Stream Driver improves on the database version of the DirecTV HR24 in three ways.

1) Play/Pause commands are fixed on my driver. (They don't work properly on the HR24 driver. Either the play or pause doesn't work, and isn't recognized by the C71KW box.)

2) There are no traditional skip buttons on the DirecTV Stream box. It uses arrow left/right to jump along the recordings. My driver replaces the non-functional Skip FWD/Back with the appropriate left/right arrow commands.

3) The Channel # macro's on the HR24 sends an "ENTER" command which opens the MENU on the DirecTV Stream box. I have removed this command, to ensure the DTV Stream just goes straight to the channel instead.
