Helpdesk Ticketing System recommendation

Hi, I'm a small business dealer, just two techs.  Any recommendation on a decent helpdesk ticketing system that is somewhat helpful?  I know of a bunch of them when I google search, but a lot of them are meant with IT in mind. Thank you.

All help desk ticking are IT in nature with complex stuff, not sure what to advise in this case all are heavy weight ones with a subscription, I don’t know of a light weight one, maybe some one can send good recommendation for a very simple and light ticketing solution.
