antneed Posted June 25, 2023 Share Posted June 25, 2023 Anyone else having issues with their Genie Aladdin Connect not working? Started 2 days ago and it’s been down since. I logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled app and still not connecting. In fact, I cannot even log in to app now, says wrong username/password when it is actually the correct name and password. Any suggestions? I logged out of the Genie app when it wasn’t connecting and now it says my username/ password is not correct. Not sure what’s going on.
