jogii17
I completed the first online basic C4 certification/training on an account set up by the dealer I worked for. I just got laid off last month and now I cannot access the account (or my work email) anymore. Can I still claim that certification/training? How would I access my old account to prove it? Is the training tied to the dealer and not the employee? Any help would be very...helpful.
mstafford388
The certification is tied to the individual but it's only any good if you're with an active C4 dealer. Whichever dealer you're with would just have your profile transferred to them and they'll get you an active account with logins, etc. jogii17
Cyknight
In other words: your LOGIN account (and with it access to Pro) is dealer based, but certification in the end is your own. Certification does not equal access to composerPro, that access is linked to you dealer (employee) status. And yes it can get transferred, and indeed a new employer can just request confirmation of your training via an email to Control4. Indeed you can probably get a PDF of your certification by contacting Control4 directly (probably just use the consumer contact email)
