antneed Posted November 1, 2023 Share Posted November 1, 2023 I just updated the Control4 iOS app, and now my Doorstation2 (DS2) motion alerts have stopped working to my iPhone. No changes have been made to my Control4 system. Same iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 17. I refreshed the C4 navigators through Composer HE. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Not working. The doorbell still works , phone and I still get the intercom phone call to my phone and I still get the automatic emails with screenshots after doorbell rings. South Africa C4 user Posted November 4, 2023 Share Posted November 4, 2023 Probably nothing to do with the app update but rather the DS2 driver itself which was updated in the last few days.
