Topfox Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 I used channels for my cable provider. Can’t seem to use them with the Halo remotes, touch or on touch. Basically get a communications error. If I try it more than once it crashes the whole remote and reboots it. Anyone else seeing similar stuff? I do my whole available channel list, guessing if I limited it down I’d probably not have any issues, but semi annoying. Works on my phone a tab, but does take a little bit to load. It’s a lot of channels. Like 100 plus. Used to work on the SR260s and of course works on iPad and iPhone. Just not the Halo or Halo Touch. Almost feels like there either isn’t enough memory or the timeout is too short and it gives up on the load too fast but the crashing of the remote leads me more to some sort of memory shortage possibly.
