features/functionality missing on C4 app (Android)

Hi,

   I was checking some of the intro videos on https://www.control4.com/os3/getting-the-most-out-of-os3 but it seems some of the functionality is not available, for example, on my android app, I don't see any button to add/\ new streaming services, or to start a timer or set an alarm. Is this only available through the touchscreen?

 

Aside from that, when I click on devices in https://customer.control4.com/notifications I don't see my current phone listed (it only has some of my previous phones and the integrator's phone). Can that be a reason as well, why I don't see some of the functionality?  Interestingly, my current device does show up under https://customer.control4.com/account/users-devices  My front lock is supposed to send a push when the door opens but it doesn't work. I wonder if that is related to my device not showing up in the notifications site

Make sure all of your mobile devices use a email login (don't use 1 login for all devices).

If you can't set an alarm, speak to your installer, they probably have to add the wake/sleep agent and configure it (I don't think its added by default). 

In regards to adding music services, your installer needs to have the Manage Music driver set to unhidden in various rooms. But this will only work if you're using Control4 for Audio. Depending on your needs, your installer might have installed something different (like VSSL or Sonos), which doesn't support that functionality

   thanks for the advice in the other thread as well  I do use a single email address, that might be the issue, I will try. As always, thanks for the advice. I will ask the C4 installer to add the wakeup agent. It should work I think. For the bedroom we have a Triad amplifier, which is part of Control4 I belive, and everything is controlled through C4. Thanks again.
